Here’s a little ditty i recently finished for SPY, a SAFE PLACE FOR YOUTH in Venice, CA. They help the homeless kids in the area. They are the nicest people and the kids are all right too, hehe. i directed and edited and colored it. We shot the interviews at SPY in Venice. i was trying out some new tricks with the lighting. I was trying to be subtle next time i’ll be more extreme.

Check this out. i really like it. i made it for my father and my aunt both of whom came to California from Ohio. It features all my friends. i shot the backgrounds in Mendocino last year. The type is kind of an R. Crumb thing meets some early 80s thing. i did the edit, color and music as well. i hope you enjoy it!

Ok i can do work that pays. The nice folks at Deutsch hired me to help them spread the message that Taco Bell is still open during COVID. Thank god!!! This was one of those insane, last minute, COVID response jobs. i honestly enjoyed it and was grateful to have something to occupy my time during those early days. UGC dude.
